As Managing Editor and Lead Writer of Compassion & Choices Magazine, I led the full production of the quarterly publication—overseeing content strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams of writers, designers, and subject matter experts, and managing every step from concept to distribution and promotion. In this issue, Tembi Locke, author, co-creator and executive producer of the Netflix adaptation, From Scratch, takes center stage. I enjoyed meeting Tembi and our fantastic interview was repurposed as digital content to promote the issue and engagement. Tembi is a champion for end-of-life planning and her words have a true impact.
