Advocacy Across the Nation

Advocacy is a coordinated effort relying of the efforts of legal, political and subject matter experts. Their messages are elevated and amplified by brave storytellers telling it like it is. Leadership target the work to ensure work and efforts are on mission and on budget. All of this work is supported by marketing and communications teams. Everything centers on a plan… a campaign to ensure we are moving forward together like a beautiful symphony. I have participated in many such efforts. My team and I played a key role in advancing advocacy efforts by crafting clear, persuasive messaging and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. We developed engaging content—including videos, infographics, print materials, and email campaigns—to build awareness and mobilize support. We led media outreach, managed social media, and collaborated with storytellers to expand the campaign’s reach. We also created toolkits, talking points, and provided training to prepare advocates and spokespeople. Throughout the campaign, we monitored public sentiment, tracked performance metrics, and managed rapid-response communications to ensure our messaging remained timely and effective.

And yes, we made those signs.
